Private and Group Sessions

Pranayoga can be done as one-to-one sessions with a practitioner or in a group setting.

The breathing part of the session is done either sitting comfortably or lying down.

 

A typical session will run for 60 minutes and consists of:

  • Warming up

  • Yogic exercise

  • Meditation

  • Pranayams ( Breathing process)

  • Mudra Meditation (Finger Yoga)

  • Relaxation techniques

 

The fee for private session - £40 per hour

Group Breathing Yoga fees £15 per person
